The patented Thermomass MST connector is a standard MS Series tie that has been specially modified so that it may be easily drilled into rigid insulation without the use of pre-punched insulation sheets.
The connector has two distinct ends, one with a typical dovetail and the other with a threaded tip. Also, the molded serrated collar typical of the MC/MS series has been replaced by molded threads.
