Fiber Composite Connectors

Made from a resilient composite matrix, the THERMOMASS fiber composite connector possesses remarkable strength and durability. These connectors are vastly superior to steel rods in sandwich wall panels. They are non-corrosive and possess low thermal conductivity eliminating "thermal short circuits".

The shear capacity of each connector is approximately 4kN (910 lbs), and the tensile strength of the connector composite material is in excess of 827 Mpa (120,000 psi).

A single connector can carry up to 2,500 pounds of concrete!

Insulating Wall Panel

The proprietary extrusion process and polystyrene resin used to produce insulation creates a closed cell component that contains no gaps or voids. Because of this, the rigid board insulation resists all forms of weathering and water penetration, including water vapor transmission.

In addition to possessing high thermal resistance and high compressive strength, polyurethane foam insulation is environmentally friendly and recyclable in areas where such programs and facilities exist.
